I agree that the skull thing is a bit over-played when it comes to bikes.  Not sure why such a dangerous sport likes to flaunt images of death.  I'm sure there's an interesting history behind it...like racing stripes.

I vote for the hamster with a dildo stuck on it's helmet. That way we get Dildos, Hamsters and Unicorns covered.

I like the addition of color and possibly a map.  Color is doable on the idea I posted up.  Not sure about a map though... There's nothing recognizable in the shape of the Bay Area...California maybe?  Hamsters and dildos are a some of my all-time favorite logo subjects.  (But seriously, maybe we could just go completely ridiculous with it.  Like Enzo's unicorns.  I still would totally rock that shirt.)

If you use a map of SF and the Peninsula, it'll kinda be shaped like a dildo...2 for 1.
