Being small and a natural target back in school my approach was just to make it well known that I was nuts and willing to bring something too far. Also, after a time it became very helpful to have friends willing to jump the bigger person I had problems with after school on his way home and make it clear that they might want to apologize and smile more when they see me from then on.
As for the video, "never roll on your stomach, they might bounce your head off the ground"
hmm or maybe worse things while you decided to be in such and accommodating position.
