I have a '99 M900 with stock instruments (speedo plus indicator lights), and I'd like to replace with a combination speedo/tach per later models.  Is there anything on the market that would fit?  Ducati perfered, but after-market acceptable.

I don't think you'll find OEM parts new. You'd do best to look used on ebay if you have your heart set on Ducati parts.

There are a bunch of aftermarket options for combination gauges.

07 monster 695, tail chop, custom flashed dp ecu (no more immobilizer!!) high mount marving megaphones, pod filters and an Acewell 4000 gauge set

The above+ search posts by Chromo2001.  He and Industrailgrrl redid the gauges on her 620 come 900 monster for gauge info
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
