If I'm not mistaken, a "derby" in this instance is a derby, named after the forum member...

Or it could be a horserace, or a hat.  ;D

Usually when one comes over here to post a picture or info of a given bike, Derby some how has already posted the information…!          ;D  hence hope this is not a derby..

if you look at he seat location, you'd actually be stretching around it instead of over it.

Good point.  I think if the tail section was a tad longer, and the tank was moved down closer to the lay-down shocks, it would be a badass looking bike.

The front end is reminscent of the single sided front on the Tesi, but it's double sided.  Nonetheless, it's similar architecture, i.e. you don't have the same front end dive.
