Dave beat me to the desmosouthwest link...I bet if you post up on their forum you might get some buzz going.  And with a little more notice, I just might be crazy enough to ride to Tucson for some Gelato!

BTW, when does it get too cold to ride Mt.Lemmon?  I still haven't been down there this year and want to!

That would be crazy! You'd need to play on staying around over night for sure - that stretch up highway isn't any fun in the dark!!!

Currently the highs are at about 63 at most. So the window is closing rapidly! If you want to get down here for a ride, be sure to let us know when you're coming down!

Hey DJ!!

(wasn't that a song?!)  cheeky

I was just in Tucson (twice) this past weekend.  Going to ride down there again soon.  A buddy of mine has an '83 BMW that he hasn't taken out yet and we're going to break it in a bit.  Not a fast ride up to Mt. Lemon.  I'll let you know when we're going and you can join in.  waytogo

Hopefully, a few riders were able to swing by for tonight's event.  I know that gelato place.

Hey Adam,

You should let us know when you'll be in Tuscon as both Maureen and I spend a good deal of time down there/here. Have you been by On Any Moto yet? You should meet the local guys there if you've never been in for a visit.  waytogo

Dudes & Dudette: Keep up the post, I'd like to join in.  Renass-can't spell it, used to have the run up Kitt Peak in Nov. Don't anymore as it got large and dangerous. I would like to know if the road is open for a small group of us to do that ride...INCREDIBLE! Can be real windy (trip#2) can be icy in spots (trip#3) or it can be perfect (trip#1). I usually stay in Tucson overnight but have done it as a full day.  DG

Will do! The local group activities are really picking up. I'm doing a monthly newsletter for On Any Moto and will be happy to post it up here (PDF) if anyone's interested. The next one will be out in early November.
