Mouse Over Boxes Stay "Moused Over"

This is for the "New Topic" "Notify" etc... in the upper right hand side of the forum. When I mouse over it doesn't Un-Mouse over and all the boxes stay highlighted in grey.

I'm on Firefox 3 Beta 5; Windows XP Service Pack 2; Java Enabled
