The clutch lever feels a bit stiff on the 2006 S4R.  Has anyone installed a Yoyodyne clutch slave overthruster?  If yes, have you felt a significant difference?  Is it a do it yourself project?
Is there any other options to make the clutch feel softer?

The aftermarket slaves will only reduce lever effort slightly and that comes at the price of a longer pull.

Just remove two clutch springs.

All the aftermarket slaves are good and do make the clutch easier and smoother.

It can be a DIY, but it isn't just a bolt on, you need to spend a lot of time bleeding, which can be testing to say the least.

evo clutch slave is (so far) the best functional mod on my S4R.  makes the
clutch feel like a jap bike (that's a good thing).

He's only doing city riding, so the longer pull is probably a good thing in his case.

Why?

Maybe it's just me.  I end up slipping the clutch a lot in stop and go traffic, I don't like the action all to happen in 2 mm worth of clutch travel.

Yea, I used one.  It was a little easier, but not night and day different.
