I had a pretty exciting weekend... I got offered tix to go to Talladega, and even though I'm not a NASCAR fan in the least bit, I went and had a blast.  My pops offered me free tix and I haven't seen him or my uncle's in a few months, so it seemed like a no brainer.  Plus, my fiance is finishing school at Auburn about an hour and a half away.

Even better was that, while checking the DMF I saw someone's (can't remember who?) post about visiting the Barber Motorsports Park and their Vintage Motorcycle Museum.  Better still that my uncle lives about 3 miles away, so Monday morning I headed to the museum before returning to be with my girl in Auburn.

WOW, all I can say...  For those who haven't been, you have no clue what you are missing. I took my fiance's camera which only had a 256mb xD card... and I used that up on the FIRST floor.  Thankfully, the clerk told me where a Radio Shack was and that it would be no problem to return later on.  So, I took almost 600 pictures, which I will not post on here to kill the bandwith.  They were also running the track so I got to sit and watch the fun those guys were having as well.  I can't wait to go back and next time I'll try to schedule it around a track event.  I also took some pictures at the Talladega Museum, which was pretty cool, too.

Great place, great people, and bottom line, I had a blast!
