in order for it to be the confederate flag "stars and bars" you need the "bars" part of the saying, that bike does not have that at all or any part that even emulates something close to "bars".

it has the basic 3 colors and "stars" in it but no bars. so no confederate at all.  if anything it barely even looks like an american themed bike as there is not enough white in the colors to even give one an idea of the white stripes in the current american flag.
