he still took a pretty good shot to the head, doubt he walked away from that without a serious concussion. just didn't knock him out.
but yes, how can someone beat fate on an idiot move like that and fully armored guys get it when someone runs a red light?

I got a pretty fair concussion playing hockey w/o getting knocked out.
unless there are miracles of time-lapse imagery involved, because I KNOW I didn't pop back up to my feet that quick.
