Ive been shaving with a blade since high school.  Getting sick of paying more and more for the replacement cartridges.

Any suggestions for an electric razor that does a good job and will stand the test of time?

thanks in advance

+1 I've had 2 Brauns...they work great and last a long time.

+2, unless you dont like the head design ( i think its light years better than the crappy norelco design).

Buy the most expensive one you can afford and use it for 10+ years. ive had mine for 7 so far.

Why not consider an old-style safety razor? It takes a bit more time (not much), and to my mind gives a better shave.

And blades are cheap.
