Pretty much like the topic says.   I went to adjust the chain today and go though the bike to check every bolt......   Rear wheel is .5mm at most away from touching the rear swingarm. I could clearance the swingarm I suppose, but would rather space the rear wheel out 3mm or so.  Right now it could work if I adjusted the eccentric all the way forward and to the top..... But that isn't going to do anything for the handling of the bike.

I do have a lathe, but I'm not sure how you could part off a circle 3mm thick and have no runiut in it unless you could mill it flat?!?

Cut one out of 1/8" sheet.  ;)

That'll be way flatter than you could likely do on a lathe.

Can I REALLY be that dumb.  Maybe my wife is right, perhaps I overthink everything.

Now, on the drive pins....would I need to make new ones, or just get a longer fastener and fasten them through the spacer?

Oh, and this is where I was yesterday:

Came home tonight.  7lbs 12 ounces of trouble in the future!
