I have a 07 S2r 1k and was wondering if there was any aftermarket plug wire avalable. I have been looking and come up with zip. I may just end up getting a kit to put some together. If i do this how important is it that they are the same length for each cylinder. thanks in advance.

I don't know how important the length is, but if you got a kit, couldn't you just match the length of the old wires?

i think the hard part would be finding boots that fit and seal around the belt cover.  do the wires come out of the coil easily?

The difference in resistance from slightly different lengths will be negligible.

Just make them fit. ;)

I think Nology would get you all the parts you needed. They have told me that if I sent in wires they'd duplicte or furnish the parts needed.
