I want a sub-300 lb single cylinder bike.  This would be fun to build and then enjoy.  Has anybody ever seen one of their bikes.

~$20k for a road going version seems a bit high...

Yeah, I'm still in the dreaming phase. Smiley  Thinking about the cost kind of kills the dream. Cry

The engines are BMW/Rotax F 650 engines.  I've seen singles with dual exhausts, but I don't think the F650 engines were one of them.  I can't seem to find any good pictures of a BMW F 650.  Does anyone remember seeing one?

The older (<2008) f650 were a single, but I thought only had 1 exhaust port.  The newer 2009 2010 f650's are twins.

*edit * I was wrong, the older ones did have twin ports

I posted something on my local board recently that mirrors this thread. In regards to the Streetfighter and new Multi1200: no thanks. Not my cup of tea. Hope they sells tens of thousands of them, love to see Ducati do well. waytogo What I am waiting for (which will never happen Cry) is for Ducati to build an affordable modern Supermono. Maybe one in a m/tard version and one in a road/track day version. That would be sweet! applause [moto]
