M696: Low Oil Pressure

Well, I started it up and no oil was coming out of the oil fill hole so this makes me believe that the pump is out or something is clogged..... :(

The oil pressure switch hole, not the fill hole.  The most you might see from the filler hole at idle is some splashes.

Ok, to clarify... Is the oil switch hole the same as the oil sensor hole? I am not familiar with what an oil switch is.....

If they are the same, then yes, oil was shooting out of the hole... Is this an indication that the pump is working?

Hopefully it's nothing more than a bad sensor, should find out this week....

According to dealer, sensor wire became loose from sensor... all better... thank god it wasn't something serious
