Bike Covers recommendations

So I bought a cover (RJays) for my bike. Basically for general day to day parking. To keep the rain, dust and surry hills seedy scumbags from poking around my bike while inside working away hard (or plugging away on DMF).

Anyway this bloody cover seems to like to transfer its silver colour onto my bike where it touches. The bike is now covered in ungastly silver marks (being 696Dark it stands out like a set of old dogs balls).

Anyone got a good one that they can recommend that:

a) does its job in keeping out the rain & sydney dust
b) does not transfer marks onto the bike
c) folds up nice and tidy into a back pack
d) is not $1M in price

You could possibly find a secure undercover carpark in slummy hills for less than a million bucks ... but that isn't exactly what you meant was it.

Sorry I only have experience with covers we use inside the garage ... they wouldn't stand up too well to the rigours of the great outdoors.

I have two Oxford covers, one silver lined one which is the outdoors thicker one.
The other is a lighter and meant for an indoor area.
Rjays do make some good stuff but sometimes when it's cheap-ish it's cheap and these things happen (silver transfer)

This sounds like a winner especially the felt bit, as long as its waterproof. Does the felt make it much thicker to fold up and jam in the backpack?

Well I guess it would make it a bit bulkier, yes it's waterproof. I store it by stuffing it in an old sleeping bag cover so I'm thinking there wouldn't be much room left in your back pack with it in.

I use a Kelpro standard (unlined) cover.  Packs up quite small.  Showerproof but not deluge proof.

This sounds like a winner especially the felt bit, as long as its waterproof. Does the felt make it much thicker to fold up and jam in the backpack?

I have the felt lined RJays one as well, probably too big and fat for carrying around in a back pack, but otherwise very good.

bahahaha. Um no.

What I need is the something made out of the same material as my wet weather duds.  The cheapy throw overs with the rubber lining.

The felt lined ones are nice but too bulky for pack.

I have a Geza Gear cover, It fits in my Back pack and works very well, fit's like a glove.

The company is not the best to deal with but it is an excellent cover
