749/999 clutch/brake master cylinder reservoirs on S4Rs radial masters?

Does anyone know if the triangular non-remote Ducati 749/999 Superbike clutch/brake master cylinder reservoirs will fit on S4Rs radial master cylinders as a replacement fro the remote-mount, round master cylinder fluid reservoirs that come on the S4Rs?  If so, are there specific parts that fit BETWEEN the plastic fluid reservoirs and the input (hose side) of the master cylinder(s) of the S4Rs?

Thanks in advance,

Tim

You want to switch just the reservoirs and keep the MCs?  I'll check mine later this eve, but I don't think it'll work.

Yes, I'd like to replace the remote reservoirs with the directly attached triangular 749/999 reservoirs.
