a little photo shop help please

I had these pics on my puter for a while and got them on another site and cant remember where or who this pic belongs to. Hopefully if the owner sees these pics, he wont mind.
.. can someone reverse the color, and make only the "spokes" aluminum color and the rest of the wheel black- including the inner middle part of the rim (gloss or flat, doesnt matter)
