Volkswagen to buy some Suzuki
«

Volkswagen is expected to buy 20% of Suzuki for $2.5 billion.
The Axis powers are reuniting! If they make an offer for Ducati (or maybe MV Agusta?), VW will be on the path to total moto-industry domination.

I've got an '05 Golf TDI and I love it. The last VW I had was about 15 years ago, a '71 Squareback.

I love my '05 TDI.. I'd like a larger car, but the car runs wonderfully.

I didn't say they were not great to drive. But owning (when you're paying the shop on a monthly basis) is a whole different story.......

my current experience is limited to my 05 Golf TDI, and it's never been in the shop except for a recall on the seat heater.. they fixed it in an hour and that's that.

I guess the five 96 or newer VWs we owned were unreliable in spite of our real life experience since the interwebs say so.
