be aware that some of those gp shorties on japanese sport bikes are just tips, and the muffler is a can further up the line.
sorta like chopping the pipe after the cat on the S2R

wife has it on her S2 and although they are loud they are not nearly as loud as most Harley's or even some Ducs I've heard. The baffle helps considerably.

I have a dual sided swingarm so I need two...wont be quite as clean looking

Termi but unless you can get a kick ass price buy a sleeve and an exhaust tip and make your own. It's so simple even I can do it

Muskrat, Would I be able to use theses cans? One on each side. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/08-Suzuki-GSXR-1000-Stock-Exhaust-Dual-Cans_and achieve a similar look as your wife's bike? Any idea how difficult it would be to might these up & the ever present question HOW LOUD? Thanks All |
