Motorcycle show in Germany I believe from this week.  Saw pictures of this Ducati powered custom and I'm derbying here.

Love it / hate it -- there is some really creative thinking here.  Not for everyone.  White painted Ducati 4-valver, black painted radiator turned sideways, showa forks, Ducati triples, Ducati kickstand, maybe lower front frame is Ducati.  It has a giant set of perimeter rim mounted brakes on it.  Either a 23in or 26in front rim.  Looks like a 20in rear.  Seat looks like a bolt-on subframe assembly.

The custom work is cool, but that paint is hideous. Tongue

As in color, or a bad paint job?

It definitely looks different. I've never seen a bike that white! I don't hate it, but don't like it either. Definitely would not buy it!

Ok.. that all white setup is a bit sickening after about 5 mins and the gold is a bit corny.

Dark, matt red with candy accents?

If it was black with the gold it wouldn't look too bad.  Still wouldn't buy it tho.

Clip ons below the LOWER triple would be interesting Evil

Would the radiator twist work on a S4R?

That headlight is cool waytogo

OK, it looked past all the things that I don't like and saw that the frame allows complete access to and a great view of the motor!!   waytogo

I love the view, and the maintenance would be easier if it weren't for the rotated radiator blocking access to the horizonal cylinder (but I guess that's not too bad).

Like Stopintime, I wonder what that orientation of the radiator would look like on the stock S4R?  There's an item that would be fun to design/fabricate: an all-in-one radiator/oil cooler unit that is less conspicuous.  One might have to loose the fans altogether, but they're unnecessary unless you sit in traffic all the time (I removed one of mine without incident).
