I saw these megaphones on D&D Exhaust's website.  Are these a new product?  I can't find any information on these.  Does anybody have these on their bike?  How much do they cost?

I wonder how the D&D's would compare to the Sil Moto megaphones.  I like the look of the Sil Motos a little more.  They have a little more visual heft to them.

Ducatl

I like the Sil Motos better.

I've rebuilt a pair of D&D cans before and the quality isn't stellar....just my 2 cents.

I love the sound of D&D's, I always thought they were not used as much because no major race team uses them and they are made in the USA.

Speeddog

If they run true to D&D form, those would be louder than hell.

Those D&D's look too small, for my tastes anyways. The first set of Sil's I had were louder than hell, but they were the racing set. The current pair are just about right w/o the db killers in them. Build quality is outstanding

The tyranny of the rat race is not yet final...HST

I had the Sils on my old M800 absolutely beautiful and they were friggin loud, the sound was much deeper than the D&D's

Thanks for the information guys.  I think I will go with the Sil Moto megaphones.  The D&D's do look too small and I don't want overly loud.  With the Sil Moto's I've got the db killers if I think the bike is too loud.  If I then think the bike is too quite I could add some holes to the db killers.

These are the "round" pipes, they also made oval. Lots of folks get oval, I had to dare-to-be-different.
They don't actually go past the rear wheel, just an odd angle:

The pipes are a bit out of focus as I was taking pictures of the hoop-risers, but this shows the inside baffling and stamping on the rear. Great finish on these pipes. Good, deep sound too:

Desmoworks has some NCR/Sil exhausts on clearance.  They aren't the mega phones but maybe worth a look.

They are!
My buddy's got these

And they're loud as hell. And I have the DP old school megaphones on mine, so you get the idea of reference.
The Sil's are great pipes are easier to come by.

hey I just bought an s4 ducati yesterday in black, I like these megaphone pipes, but do they do a high rise system, and while I am at it can anybody tell me there experience of putting a lighter flywheel on there bike cheers

junior varsity

the flywheel threads are separate. You'll be able to find a lot by searching.
