So I am definitely switching out the headlight and have already taken off the bar and replaced with clip ons. It only makes sense to replace the chunky gauges as well. I checked out http://www.kosonorthamerica.com/ and they have some nice ones. But I know that the 07 has the immobilizer. Assuming this is/will be an issue I figured I would throw it out to you guy who know a little more about this.

Thoughts?

You can get your ECU reflashed by Ducati Depot, and probably a few others.  There is at least one thread on the Board discussing this.

I think you're local to RDU.  If you want some help wiring up the new gauges, gimme a holler.

ECU reflash
Aftermarket computer
Relocate immobilizer portion of cluster.  Duck Stew may be able to help with this.

Dont waste your time trying to relocate the board out of the factory gauge. That was only necessary before the software was available to eliminate the immobilizer in the ecu. I have done this on my bike. You can read the thread here...http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=30838.0

I am local to RDU. In chapel hill. The bike is a work in progress at the moment. As I do one thing to it, I find something else I want to do. The cold and work have made my time working on the bike few and far between.
Thanks for the offer, i might have to take you up on that when I get the gauges in.
