It's taken a lot of hard work and willpower. It has been worth it though. The missus is really loving the new me. It's amazing what losing 30 lbs does for your sex life. She's even accused me of taking enzyte.

My new goal is 180 by valentines day. That will put me back at my fighting weight when i was competing.
After that, i'll probably just try to maintain it.
