Audi has a large choice of powertrains in this year's A4 Avant.  You can choose the 2.0T with 6 speed tipronic or the 2.0T with 6 speed tipronic or, if you don't want that,  the 2.0T with 6 speed tipronic :P  The good news is that engine, though only 211 HP, produces 258 ft lbs of torque, more torque than the 3.2 V6 at a much lower RPM.  The computer can be mapped to TT specs, changing output to 265 HP without voiding the warranty.  Since my wife wears a brace that interferes with her ability to use a clutch a manual transmissiion was out of the question anyway.
