Hey....doesn't Jukie live up that way.....?     Sooooooo    i wonder how big her backyard is.......Huh?Huh?Huh?   ..... applause

Woohoo! Working bee Grin

Finishing at West Gosford Maccas had me thinking it wasn't a NSWDOC run (more like Central Coast Scooter Club Undecided) ... but maybe it was written when the Mount White Cafe / Road Warriors was still closed.

Hi Dallas,

Watch out for that Dez bloke, he's trouble.  He won't even take his dog on rides with him!  Shocked

Great to see another rider of the best Monsters made.  Hope to see ya on the next one.

Thread resur-erection (old South Park quote).

Must be about time to plan another ride ... can we fit one in amongst all the up-coming Chrissie obligations?

Damn Paul...what is it with us OzMonster M900 newbies!

As someone who's out the other side of 3 months of public transport and lifts...its sucks on the way through but the time does pass and you'll be back on the [moto] soon enough.

But how about we bypass ferries this time
Wouldn't mind doing the proper Ferries run.. was a great day out.. even WITH the detour.
Weather could be an issue over the coming weeks Sad

I spent last weekend around Oberon, Tarana, Bathurst etc. There are some seriously good roads out there. Some have been a bit damaged by the rain but we could do a great all day ride up that way.
Even an overniter and take in Goulburn area the following day if anyone's keen.

Do you know the way?

We have done a few group rides out that way ... some involved some dirt excursions, others involved too much boring straight stuff.

As for an overnighter I think attendances may be effected too much by the approaching 'festive season' to do it justice ... perhaps an 'extension' for those interested. I thought the overnighter to Bylong might be an option but probabaly the wrong time of year as I mentioned ... might need a bit more planning too.

head up bells
across to mt vic
jenolan caves , amke broom broom noises through the cave drive
oberon , get fuel at the servo , mobil? end of town and pick up some ammunition there Wink
out to oconnell pub for a bite to eat
conitinue to tarana , maybe have lunch there ?
back past lake lyall ? which amazing is full of water again
into lithgow at the shell on gt western,
then back down bells and home

no dirt this way , you get dirt if you go to tarana from the middle of oberon instead of going out to oconnel

good day 350+

for an overnight , also head out to sofala , maybe a bathurst detour
