It's great weather here in the Phoenix area, too. 70 degrees all last week.

But it's supposed to drop down to the mid-60's later this week. Bundle up!

I went up Angeles Crest Highway...had the whole place to my self.
Arai_speed, are those chicken strips I see on those fresh new tires? Looks like winter and the fires have kept you humble. Post up a ride soon, I'll try to make it...hell maybe Eric will be in town too.

Those are indeed some pretty big chicken strips...super sized actually.
I've been humble for a long time now Icon - it's more then just winter and the fires.
Those days are gone for now....but I still got the pictures

75 degrees and sunny in So Cal, near the Mexico Border. Headed to San Felipe, Baja CA Mex about a month ago with a fellow biker. [moto] It was slightly breezy when we left home. About 50 miles from San Felipe we hit gusts of up to sixty miles per hour. The problem was, there is nothing but sand out there. We continued for about five miles in first gear with absolutely zero visibility. Riding in high winds can be a pregnant dog, but riding in a sand storm is something I will never forget. We turned around and headed back to Mexicali for lunch. Both of our bikes looked like TRASH
I'll look for a more in depth weather report next time I decide to ride to San Felipe.
That's how I came up with the handle, "Desert Dust."
But desert dust washes right down with a Guinness.

It was a great day for a ride today! Traffic on the PCH was a little much, helped a guy who laid his beamer down in the middle of it all. Headed up towards Malibu and started to get bored so I headed back to Topenga Canyon for some twisties! But alas, traffic again. Who does construction on Saturdays?! Even still, any day on a Monster is a good one!

It's not all beer and skittle here folks.
I get tired of riding the twisties everyday-the sun gets in my eyes, my gear can get sweaty from the heat. Enjoy your winters!

It was chilly here in SoCal today... 48 degrees this morning.
Still was a great day to ride the Crest, though.
CalTrans closed the road behind us, so nobody else was able to get through. There were maybe only 20 or so bikes up there and we had the road all to ourselves!
