You should be able to buy just the lens from Clear Alternatives.

Looking for a full LED tail light with a clear lens / Red flash.

From a quality stand point - how are they?

Any others?

I guess you can use this  http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/TLDMON/Electrical/TLDMON.html

Just leave the turn signal wires un-connected. No flasher though.

I have the Clear Alternatives LED tail light and it works pretty well. I didn't want integrated signals, so I run it with the billet Ducati Performance LAD turn signals.

The whole set up is much brighter than stock, and I think easier to see. They've held up fairly well, but I don't really ride in inclement weather so YMMV.

I use a MOTO-LED board. You could combine that with a clear lens. It has white leds on the bottom to illuminate your license plate for tail-chop folks too. I use a buell tail-light lens so it has a clear bottom but is red everywhere else. You'd skip that part for a clear alternatives I suppose.
