I need one. Build thread required. 

How do you get the bottlecaps out of the bin? Does the bottom slide out?

This was the "prototype". The cap catcher is just a box. It has holes drilled in the bottom to allow any rain to drain out since it sits outside all summer but the caps simply need to be extracted via your mandibles.

As for a build thread, I really didn't snap pics throughout that build but will on the next one. The cap catcher on it will be a removable copper box to match the opener and the hardware.
