Those are race fairings.  Notice no headlight, signals or mirrors. The white is for the number.

This is why I hate how wsbk is making all the bikes put on headlight decals next year.  I've always felt that track fairings tend to make the bike look better without the lights cluttering up the front.

Though I guess the pani lucked out a bit with the ruling since the headlights are so minimal on it... but every other bike on the grid is going to look a lot worse.
