I'm gonna say 1*98 SBK based.

SF has two-piece radiator and a side-mount oil-to-water cooler.
SF lower triples have 3 bolts, SBK has 2.
I think you're right. Here's a comparison to Alonzo Bodden's somewhat garish 1098-based bike.
