If by 'just like' you mean they both say Bimota on the tank...

you're absolutely right.  Grin

Not a vintage Laverda, but as the ad says, definitely an "anti-beige" bike:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/mcy/4012088531.html

1999 Laverda 750s Strike for sale by original owner
only 10,500 miles
Water cooled twin cylinder 85 HP engine
54 inch wheelbase on a Nico Bakker designed frame
Underseat gas tank = low low center of gravity for Xlnt handling
adjustable suspension by Paoli
Marchisini wheels + new tires
This is a great 410 pound addition to your collection of rare bikes !
$4250

I have no idea what these are worth, so maybe this belongs in the Craigslist Crack Addicts thread...

Frame/engine layout is so clean you can work on almost every part of the bike, w/ minimal/zero part removal.
I miss that A LOT in my EVO, where to get to anything you have to remove 145 parts and work your way like a contortionist  Undecided

Hmmm...

Being a relic myself, I have a hard time appreciating that ass-high profile and tiny tail piece with a classically-shaped half fairing and tank.  Roll Eyes
