That's cold. Way cold.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I've only seen one in person. The 900 version which came out around 1983 is my favorite. The headlight fairing helps balance out the wide engine. Of the three six-cylinder bikes the Sei is the only one that looks close to balanced. The CBX and Kawasaki 6-cylinder are monstrosities in comparison and make the Sei look slim.
Have you ever heard this video? To my ear the Sei sounds amazing.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Amazing machine.
Why did they mount the rectifier to the lower head? Because there is no room under the seat, or to lower the center of gravity?

i like the front number plate.
I bet it was tested in a wind-tunnel, and provides a nice clean pocket of air around the rider's helmet.
