And oddly enough, it's got lights and blinkers and a mirror and a license plate.
And seems to have all of the other stuff necessary to be a functional riding moto.

i had discussions with them about fitting a non 749 dash, and reflashed the ecu for them to be immo off. we figured an st3 might just work, with the canbus and all.
i certainly wouldn't give it a roadworthy certificate, but it's better than a lot of them.

What would it need for a 'roadworthy' in your neighborhood?
That bike could be ridden here and not attract unwanted attention unless the seat-to-handlebar nut caused it.

Probably could get away with riding it here too without attracting too much unwanted attention (it has NSW plates after all).
But that isn't the same thing as getting a roadworthy certificate out of Brad
