Gilera Ferro..  interesting bike.. has an automatic clutch





definitely built for the transition from scooter to proper motorcycle. even has hand-controlled rear brake

Those pictures were taken on the Kew Boulevard in Melbourne in the mid eighties. Various poseurs used to hang out on that corner so this kind of stunt was a bit of a "take the piss" sort of thing. (well we thought it was funny anyhow).
We used to do that left foot on the right footpeg hanging off the side of the bike thing and go under carpark boomgates, ahhh the memories...

Well, her whole riding getup looks more suited to some kind of 1930s pulp adventure world (With lasers! And airships!), but I 'spose I can dig it.
