I’m convinced that I hit my noggin on a dull metal object because I was having thoughts of selling my bike and either going sans bike for a few months or getting something with less power. After having an epic, I’ll be it brief, ride with b and his blinged out ride 2 weeks ago, I realized that I had in fact taken a shot to the noggin and just needed to clear head. Realization prevailed: I’m keeping the sucker because frankly, I’m not an idiot. I also realized that I wasn’t totally satisfied with the way the Duc was looking and that I need to do another trackday in a few months.

I needed to chop the tail, get rid of the front ‘visor’ and clean up the front end a bit. b volunteered his ‘shop’. Here’s the carnage that prevailed:

b’s artwork in his living room:

His workshop and dining room where we worked on my ride:

Measure once, cut twice. Wait. Yea.

Weaksauce:

Much better:

TPO kit installed, visor removed, headlight rim painted black:

Thanks again to b and DarkStaR for their help. Giddy-up!

Nice....  waytogo

It's just begun.  Pretty soon you'll be thinking, "Yes, an engine rebuild for that big bore kit is a totally reasonable mod."   laughingdp

Does it say somewhere that you have to wear a Ducati t-shirt while working on your Ducati?

Looks nice, BTW.  waytogo

Well of course it did. What else could have stunted his growth so much?  Tongue

Nice ass, Sid.  I can't wait to see it up close and get my hands on it to see how cut it is.

You both are hairy...should make a cute couple.

So what's next Sid--other than an anal forage session with Spidey?

if it's one thing i've learned from moving to the city, it's that gay couples have the same facial hair.  it'd never work out...i'll stick to
( .  )(  . )

not sure what else is planned for the bike besides just continuing to ride the thing. again, i need to do at least one trackday this year. i liked t-hill last time around.  Penciled in PTT on Aug 14th.

Excellent work Sid!  waytogo

Oh, and why is it the probability of any given SF MOB thread becoming a discussion of buttsecks is almost 1?
