as a non-us citizen there are not any home brewing kits over here. but if i buy them on ebay can i brew my own beer here or do i need any other stuff too. is it possible? what can you suggest to me? (=

Coopers has a great, all inclusive kit.  Even comes with reuseable bottles.  Just add filtered water and you are in business!

Been in the mood for Pilsners lately. Not much available in Colorado along those lines, but I usually grab Trumer Pils or Pilsner Urquell.

Today I grabbed a bottle of Weltenburger Kloster Pils and a Stiegl pils. Both seemed solid.  Any German or Austrian members out there with thoughts on these?  I'm heading to Austria in a few months and need to get up to speed on the beers!

Grabbed an 'Enjoy By 08.02.13' IPA (actually a double IPA at 9.4% abv) from Stone last night. Good stuff!  waytogo
