What's the challenge?

Painting.

I'll take video of me next time I paint something. You can use it as a training "How not to"
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

spray paint is cheap and you can get it looking pretty decent with an aftermarket clear coat.

but it also isnt too expensive to have someone hit it with a single color w clear since its a small piece and ready to paint.

After market clear? Like?

If you take some time, you can get rattle can work to look prety damn good. I painted an old Vespa with rattle cans and it looked great.

Gimmie a bush, and I'm a paintin' fool - and yes I am that nerdy

You can't use epoxy clears or color for applications which include exposure to UV.

Many paint supply stores will sell you a single use spray can with 2 component materials.

It's more money than cheapo krylon, but it gives the opportunity to use the good stuff.

that would cost more than having it painted locally and buying the guy lunch and a 6 pack. (he doesn't live on our continent)
