Insurance guy came today and interviewed me. He was an ex-cop so it all went smoothly. Hopefully it will be finalised within a week or two  [moto]

Is this in an apartment complex or townhouse?

Are there any tradespeople that have been working there recently?

I had a 2 week old $800 lawn mower stolen from my backyard. No one would have ever known it was there and i couldn't figure out why they came specifically for that and nothing else.

The it clicked. There were tradesmen working on the roof of a house behind us who had a birds eye view. Ba$tards!

Just so you guys don't think that i've forgotten about my S2R, a quick update:

Can't give specific details but i can say that there is a direction that is being investigated, that is possibly a very strong direction....

Sorry about no details, will update when i can. I'm seen as the Victim, not the police so I have to pretend that I know nothing  Police

Mr S2R you also have to ensure they go through the Woodchipper feet first!

So, you've dropped round the other house and said "I saw some guys working on your roof, I need some work done too, have you got their business card?" right?

Might be something in that about roofers.
My mate was busy at the hospital hatching a new baby on Friday
roofers working next door with a clear view of his back shed
comes home someone's been in said shed and brand new $1000 Penn game reel
has vanished.

Hmm, ongoing theme here. Let someone you don't know look through your property and after a while shit starts going missing..... Just because you live in an apartment complex with someone doesn't mean they're not a thief.....  coffee
