This leads me to believe there arent too many 3/4 or 1 ton trucks in Japan that need towing.  ???

Couldn't pull that off very well here in America with all the dumb SUV's though... :-/

The pickup truck is really an US phenomonum.  In Asia, you don't see any pickups.  Instead, you see these micro freighter running all over town.  The streets are too narrow for F-350 Super Duties.
