Just got my 9 yr old seat back and thought I'd post a review of the process.

The seat was tearing at the front where it meets the tank in couple places. I started on all of my choices on insert material and welt by exchanging a few emails. They sent 10 swatches of the welt material for me to choose from and all the order forms can be printed from the website. I packed it up using bubble wrap along the long axis and then wrapped it in brown paper and tucked it inside a garbage bag. Packed this into a box filled with paper and shipped it to Jacksonville. Got a call about a week later saying that the pan had several cracks in it around the prongs at the front and needed to be replaced. They were very good about working with me on this problem and ate some of the additional costs, but I'd take pictures of the top and bottom of the seat next time. Anyway it came in today and I have to say it look better than new. I basically got a new seat, less the used foam, for half the retail price. Even included a new tool tube....and an Italian flag icon ;D
