A while back there was talk that one would earn a night's stay at Das Grand Hotel Zeitgeist if you ever bit it on a MOB ride.  I earned myself a stay once upon a time, even though it was for a wheelie practice mishap (called pulling a "Spidey") and not during a road ride if memory serves.  BUT, it turns out the hotel is the kind that rents by the month, not the night.  Who knew it was such an exclusive joint?

Well, it looks like some rooms are clearing out, getting hosed down (well, maybe), and will be available for some sorry soul fairly soon.  How cool would it be for the MOB to have a room at Zeitgeist for folks to crash in, folks from out of town, out of country, or even more exotic, the south bay?  Or rather, how (un)cool would it be?  Check it out:

Staying above Zeitgeist would remind me of one of those movies where all the teenagers were dead by the end credits.

It would almost be worth it for all of us to chip in and make it happen.

From what I recall of slasher flims, that means I get to see some teenager's tits right before I die. I'm in!  waytogo

Honestly, it'd be a great idea if it's dirt cheap. But from the sounds of it, it'd be $600 / month and even split between all of us... not quite cheap enough.

Thats so weird because staying above Zeitgeist would remind me of one of those movies where all the teenagers were dead from the OPENING credits.

Let's get DTM to stay there and fit him with a couple POV cameras.  popcorn

Well I'm just an "associate".  I don't get to wear the horn and rainbow like you guys until I get the "beat down" and become a full fledged member.

Just to warn you, what we do to you with the unicorn horn isn't exactly a beating, per. se.
