I was wondering about forced induction on our bikes as well. I see the R1 turbo on Youtube. Wonder how hard it is to do, to fabricate.

It's most likely not worth the trouble. It would be cheaper and easier to buy a 4 valver if you don't have one, or buy a different bike.


Now if one brings emotion into it, etc, then you know, by all means.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

This was posted awhile back. There is also a supercharger kit that is or was being developed by VeeTwo out of Australia for the DS engines.

Don't know the guy, but it's Bart Crauwels a Belgian guy. I vagely remember he was a student at the time, not sure about that anymore though. He owns the site: http://www.ducati.be/

I was about to say, VeeTwo did forced induction on the Super Squalo.

Forced induction = more air = more fuel = more power = more heat to remove.

Remember that when looking at high horsepower numbers in an air-cooled bike.
