nah i found it 5 hours after i started the thread. Somehow the metrocard got seperated from my wallet and ended up inside my piano bench and my wallet itself ended up in an old book bag that i dont use and keep in a corner.

Strangely i thought i might not have tried to hide it and checked my credit cards. on my american express blue card, there was an extra 300 dollars spent. I coudlnt for the life of me figure out how it happened and i was bugging out.

I called up amex and after a long debate on who spent it, it turns out it was a computer error on the part of Northern Tools who double charged me for a sand blaster i bought and Amex is reversing it. Had a little scare, of all the things ive lost in my life, ive never lost a wallet (but theres maybe 20 people out there who holds hte key to my house but they dont know where i live!)

Ummm, yeah I'm thinking a $19.95 Defiant front foor lock and bolt combo might be a good investment right about now. Doesn't cost a lot, but buys a lot of peace-of-mind.

Hello, stop reading and get to Home Depot.

NOW would be a good time.

He can't go there. His bike will get knocked over.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I think you'd be easy to find, just look for the unluckiest looking street and the place with the most chips in the sidewalk in front and cracks in the windows is yours.

Similar story.  My brother's house was broken into.  Desk drawer searched.  Credit cards stolen and used. I go home and immediately take the stack of unused credit cards from desk drawer and hide them.  That was three months ago and I still cannot find them!  ugh!  FAIL.
