Maybe not the best execution, but certainly the best move in getting rid of the girlfriend. Now, to avoid further complications, you're going to need to post when you find a prospective replacement just in case you've overlooked something because she's hot.

Piller, not to be an ass, but it's not that drama follows you. For whatever reason you throw yourself into the sketchiest of situations, repeatedly, and then blame everyone around you when the shit is in the fan.  According to your tales, you've taken steps to pull yourself up from the mire.  It's not time to stop yet.

no, I know.  I take the blame.  It doesn't mean it doesn't suck.  I had someone bringig this girl to my apartment all the time and then asking me to hook up with her and take her off his hands all the time.  It was definitely a bad decision, but it barely took any effort to hook up with her. My addictive personality was kicked into high gear at that point.

I've really been doing well, I think I've come a long way in the past 3 years.  Having a hot young girl paraded around in front of me definitely wasn't helpful.

People make their own luck.

And just for more thread usement....whose name is on the apartment  lease, in what state do you live, and under what circumstances did you alter her phone?

It was my own phone and my plan. I asked a few cops about it before she started using it.

What state do you live in?  my name only was on the lease, and a cop advised me to move her stuff to the curb, so she couldn't make me leave and pay rent for her to stay there.

I see a pattern developing here.

It's one where the situations you put yourself into are caused by you thinking with the wrong head.

The make the beast with two backsing you're getting is rarely worth the make the beast with two backsing you're gonna take.

Give that some thought.

You need an agent, a manager, and someone that can write a movie.

Too bad HST is dead.

He'd be perfect for the role.

no woman is worth going to jail for, especially a girlfriend.  stop dating 20 something girls, they have yet to get it all out of their system.

Gonzo journalism for sure! Man, just be glad she's gone. After the dog fiasco (never mind the nun story... way too early for that!) she obviously was just a bad news/trouble magnet and you were attracted. I'm sure you felt bad about her stuff disappearing but bad karma has a way of coming back with a vengeance. Karma boomerang! Hope that's the end of it and she and the boyfriend aren't up to causing you more misery "to get even".

No offense ladies but girlfriends (and boyfriends) and Westie pups are like buses, another comes along in 20 minutes. Be more selective and slow WAY down next time before you choose either a dog or a girlfriend. Bad juju, replace with good juju. [thumbsup]

HST: Hunter S. Thompson... see gonzo journalism. ;D You should read Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, I think it would give your life some balance. [laugh]

ok so what it the nun story? if its anything like this story its got to be an intersting read.

that and you really should learn to write a book, because it sounds like you have a bunch of interesting stories that sound stranger than fiction.

i have to give you credit though, many people go through life with no exciting events or good stories to tell.  Look on the positive side, things worked out, and you have an interesting story to tell people, you will look back on this event in years and literally laugh at the situation.  You are living an exciting life, be thankful that you are.

Man truer words have not been spoken.

I feel for you dude, its really hard to give up someone who is hot and good in bed.  Took me a year to realize I was waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy better off without my ex and now I am in the best relationship of my life and getting ready to ask her to marry me. Just get rid of her and take it one day at a time.

Hot 20ish yr old with a 60 yr old ex bf that she cheats on you with?  That sounds like a train wreck with all sorts of issues.  Don't try to date any more of those.  They're not dateable.

That "making your own luck" comment certainly applies.
