I guess I should apologize but Pillar asking if he should change is name and the comments led me to believe you weren't joking. Plus, I got the idea that there was history and maybe there was "beef" (can't believe I used that word) between you two.

Typically I don't need stupid smileys to tell me when someone is being sarcastic.

That's on me.  I was just trying to stick up for someone because I had someone stick up for me in the same situation and it meant a lot.

My bad Sacduc, I apologize.

just back up Piller when he needs it...

Come on people. How many times do we need to "back up" piller. I'm guessing 50% of the stuff he says is BS and the other 50 we warned him against and he did anyway. Some people just can't be helped. For you guys to get sucked back in to his "life" is laughable.

I just got a "miss you" email from her.  Good thing I got away.

Invite her for a meeting at a hotel room, tell her it is a "safe" place for you two.  Tell her it will be dark and to call you when she gets there for the room #.

Post on Craigslist that free sex is available to the first reply.  Tell them to get a room at that hotel and get their room #.

When she shows up and calls, give her that room #.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Also +1.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

That's messed up and scary....
Although if she's not living there anymore, you could call the authorities are report her for breaking and entering.

Don't lock the thread because of sac pls.  No worries.

I'm glad I went on the trip.  I'm not caving, haven't talked to her.  She couldve caught me in a moment of weakness by breaking in while I'm asleep like she's done before.

if u haven't changed the locks on the place, i would do so asap....

Hello Piller.....I see you haven't changed much, or at all for that matter...

in that regard clearly the years have been unkind

I am not quite sure I want to or have the energy to validate your Drama Show with any concerted focus...

but you have always been the best dunking clown

I may get back to you...I may not

Well it definitely does help to read the supportive stuff and advice people give.  It helps when so many people remind you of what the right thing to do is, and why.  I think staying away from the area altogether and not communicating at all is the best way to go.

From experience it's always better to set yourself up to succeed using every possible tool rather than rely just on willpower.  I think I've learned some valuable lessons from overcoming the drug addiction and smoking.

Sure I've done dumb stuff in the past, but I do listen to advice and have achieved some good things since the days in the old forum.  I really haven't met anyone in the area because I moved with her and spent all my time with her, so the forum is a big influence for the time being when it comes to social support.

Thanks again for the positive advice and support.  It was a bad relationship but still not easy.
