I picked up a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe and I really like it.

It's got the 240hp v6, 6sp manual trans, leather, nav pretty much everything.

It also has an option I'd never heard of before I bought the car "HFP - honda factory performance"

It's basically springs that have a higher spring rate and lower ride height, cf type trim inside and the body kit.

On the open road it gets a solid 32 mpg.  Ive been getting 27-30.5 in mixed driving.

This car absolutely rips.  First gear has the traction control working OT when you get past 6k, and then again when you start 2nd.  I've gotten tire going into third :o  It's so smooth at all rpms, it just pulls and pulls and pulls.

Brakes aren't bad either.  I didn't measure them when I swapped my snow tires on it, but id guess they're getting near 11"

Maybe derby can look that up and correct me ;)

I flew to St Louis to get it, and drove it home 600 miles all in the same day ;D

I'm glad I did it.

There were cheaper ones closer to home, but none outfitted the way this one is.

Also the PO provided me all the service records from his Honda dealer from 1200 miles to the 67000 it had when I got it.

He also had an extended warranty, that's still good for a year, that he transferred to me :D

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I had that car and it is a LOT of fun. Very fast, comfy and sort of a sleeper. I would have kept it if I hadn't got a good deal on a 'vette.

Yes and No.

He wants to see you wrestle with one of the other DMF ladies in the beans.

But if my memory serves me right, the beans are no longer.

I'm pretty sure Nate has one.

And I'm by no means volunteering to be the other party by participating in this conversation.   ;)
