Alright, who are the people on crack thinking up these names?

COW?

MOTH?

Come on people. I do not want to say, "My local riding club? Oh, we're called COW"...

I would imagine that other local groups have decided on a name in a similar way we at COW came up with ours: people suggested names, then we took a vote.  Every group has their own vibe, why not let them go with it.

Also FYI - in Wisconsin we are damn proud of our cows.

I don't live there....yet. Remember, being in the military, I move a lot. Not as much as Adam, but still....

My point is that a club name is just as subjective as mods to a bike.

The people that chose the names are from the areas in question and the names have local significance.

Seems to me that's what local boards are all about.

And just so everyone is clear, I meant no disrespect, I just find it odd that a group of people chose a name that, to me, sounds laughable...
