Add one to the ticker...Yup I bined it. Lost the front end in a corner. Going in fast but nothing crazy. Decreasing radius turn just feathered the brake and leaned it in more at no point did i feel like i had no chance of making it other wise i would have stood it up and clamped down on the brakes. Minimal damage to the bike, broke the rear luggage rack and the header pipe and can came lose. just picked it up, straightened the bars to the front wheel and was back on the road. No injuries to me. Mostly my right shin and forearm hit the ground and i popped right back up and finished off the slide in a jog. Right shoulder a little sore, but no big deal. Lucky.

Lazy bike, got some good distance.

Gear held up. Arostich pants and RevIT mesh jacket. Had MotoX knee pads under the pants

Glad you're OK.

You could probably get some SE Asian tailor to make you a new Aerostich suit for 50 bucks.

You dummie...  Stop doing that.

(That's a long skid mark on the pavement...hopefully the one in your shorts isn't quite as bad.  And wtf is that bike?  Little bugger's kinda cute.)

Pirot Prowers.

Glad you're okay. I nearly binned a bike in a sandwash in Thailand but the mystic mantra "3rdWorldHospital3rdWorldHospital3rdWorldHospital" enabled me to save it.

Lemme get this straight.  DTM tips over his glorified moped in the outskirts of bumblemake the beast with two backs and the MOB crash ticker gets a reset?  Man, this year is gonna be a bad one if we're gettin' tagged for all of DTM's mishaps.    Besides doesn't that basically count (or rather, not count) as a dirt crash?   Grin

Glad you're alright, Dan.  We know you weren't going more than 40, cuz I'm pretty sure your weedwhacker can't go that fast.   [moto]

I think we counted Joe's bicycle enema as a crash, too.

Hey man, we're trying to send a message...don't take a face plant here, or there.
