Had cops driving behind me and been stopped for a breath test and the pipes were never mentioned. They are not as loud as they look.

Here in MKE, I've never heard of anyone getting any ticket for anything pipe related (besides crack and weed) incidents. I've heard Harley douche bags with straight pipes that will rattle windows from 4 blocks away.  These assh*les are going to ruin for everyone someday. Remarkably, boomtubes aren't THAT loud, they are loud, just not entirely deafening.

I've run boomtubes for a year now; po-po hasn't had a problem with my volume yet.  They've had a problem with my velocity, however...

I drove past a few cops with just the header (I was in the middle of chopping/coring my cans) and they didn't even bat an eye.  I would imagine a lot of it depends on where you live though.

Been strolling around with mine for about a year no issues with the  but you never know depends on your requested baffling and locals.
